So I have run K and N oil filters only on my truck. Figured it was a good filter and easy to change with the 1inch bolt head on the bottom. Well today I noticed some oil spots in the driveway. So upon inspection I found the oil filter dripping. Naturally I gave it a little tighten since our rig at work with a 5.9l has a history of the oil filter coming loose. Well then I started up the truck and inspected, oh boy!!!! Now it's pouring oil out the bottom of the filter. Guess I need a new filter. Seems one of the pinch welds has failed. So I'm thinking I'll switch filter brands. After the long winded story..... Who is running what for filters? Wix? Mopar? Mobil 1? Fram? Or ???

Well i am using hastings oil filter and fuel filter.. The oil filter looks like the same as wix and the fuel filter is fleet gaurd packaged in a hastings box. The oil is 10w40 synthetic petrocan duron e . The oil has been comming out quite clean so i aint changing to any thing elts.
