2009 3500 dually springs

Have an 09 3500 dually i bought used. It has 3 spacers at the bottom of the spring stack. Wondering if that's normal or if someone raised it. Please see attached pic

I have a 3500 Mega cab Single rear wheel !!! Ill have to check to see if I have tose on mine !!!!

Some of the earlier 3500s used 2 thicker spacers instead.
