Default 2009 3500 dually springs

Have an 09 3500 dually i bought used. It has 3 spacers at the bottom of the spring stack. Wondering if that's normal or if someone raised it. Please see attached pic

just go into yur user options and change that?

Some of the earlier 3500s used 2 thicker spacers instead.
